Lifestyle Coaching is right for an individual who is open minded for new ideas and ready to commit to changing for the long-term. An individual ready to be strategic and design the lifestyle they are proud to live by from today until their senior years.

How does lifestyle coaching work?

Lifestyle Coaching works by getting clear on your lifestyle goals, creating a mindset shift on the way we view lifestyle changes, taking consistent action on selected daily habits through a personalized habit tracker system, and connecting with me periodically to troubleshoot and optimize performance.

Why are habits so important?

Our habits are the root of all our successes and failures. What we do daily determines our future. All mountain peaks are climbed with one footstep at a time, just as all great accomplishments are done with one habit at at time.

How do I stay consistent with my habits?

The easiest way to stay consistent with a habit is to align it with our desired identities, educating ourselves on the science behind habits, and using a habit tracking tool (via Google Sheet) to stay connected with me daily and ensure consistent progress towards the ideal lifestyle goals.

How long will it be until my habits stick and becomes a lifestyle?

On average, it takes 21 days to see a little result, 66 days to build a habit, and 90 days for the habit to become a part of your lifestyle. As such the program is typically 12 weeks long. Doing the habit never gets easier, you just get stronger. And that all depends on how much work you put in.

How long is each session and what do we cover?

Each coaching session is typically 60 minutes. We begin by first discussing selected self-improvement principles recently learned from educational resources provided and opportunities for application in daily life. We then transition into reviewing the previous week’s successes and improvement opportunities related to your selected habits to formulate the following week’s goals. Texting support is available between sessions for any needed real-time question and feedback.

I have selectively chosen the best personal development books related to mindset shifts and habits.

These books will give you a new perspective and the mental tools to stay committed and take action for the long-term.

We will be using a personalized habit tracker tool to clarify what a successful day looks like and to stay accountable.

Coaching calls will be done periodically to optimize performance, troubleshoot challenges, and discover opportunities of growth.

By the end of 4 weeks you will see progress, by the end of 8 weeks you will have built momentum on developing strong habits, and by end of 12 weeks you will enjoy a lifestyle you are proud of.
